Our dedicated O&M team includes a network of 50+ regional engineers supported by specialists in high voltage (HV) electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation. Operating around the clock, we ensure optimal performance and high availability of assets.
At our custom-built workshop in Warrington, our central engineering team specialises in in-house rebuilds and offers critical support to regional engineers, allowing us to address complex maintenance needs and ensure minimal downtime across all sites.
We are fully accredited to ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), and ISO 9001 (Quality Management), maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. Our robust maintenance programme strictly adheres to OEM recommendations and regulatory requirements.
Supported by our advanced Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), we schedule preventative maintenance, track performance, and swiftly identify emerging issues. Our 24/7 Control Room continuously monitors assets in real time, enabling rapid remote diagnostics or dispatch of field engineers when needed.
