Our approach is both agile and comprehensive, covering a full revenue stack, including Wholesale Markets, Balancing Mechanism, Reserve Services, Frequency Response, NIV-chasing, DSO Services, Restoration Services, and the Capacity Market. All of this, along with the site's energy supply requirements, is delivered through a single contract with us.
Our proprietary machine learning models forecast market conditions while accounting for parameters such as cycle count, depth of discharge, temperature, and degradation costs. These models recommend optimal schedules that blend service contracts with traded positions. The schedules are then executed by our human-in-the-loop trading desk and dispatched through automated systems, all under 24/7 oversight from our Control Room to ensure reliable performance and smooth delivery.
Beyond optimisation, Flexitricity provides full end-to-end support, from interface design, onboarding, and market prequalification to reporting, settlement, and billing – all included in our fee. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service, working closely with clients to tailor strategies that meet their specific needs, while driving both revenue and operational efficiency.
